Every so often one finds those places while driving down an unknown road. Perhaps a nice Diner that serves that unbelievable home cooked style meal, perhaps a gift shop or even better still that Bed and Breakfast that stays in your memory for your lifetime and never leaves your consciousness. So much so you have to keep going back every year.

Such is the Heidi Sawyer Institute, an online resource website that I found some time back and recommend that folks have a visit, and a good read and perhaps take a test or even get involved in a course.
