The Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening

*Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back....
Some say this is due to changes in our DNA levels.

*A feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason.... This results
from releasing old ways, thought patterns, behaviors.

*Crying for no apparent reason.... Crying helps us to release old energies.

*Sudden change in job or career.... this is very common. As we change,
our priorities change, along with our yearnings and our goals.

*Withdrawal from family/close relationships.... You may feel as if you
are drifting away from everyone, but what you are actually doing is
breaking the old ties and developing new, healthier ones.

*Unusual sleep patterns....You may find yourself waking up in the
middle of the night often. A lot is going on within you and it often
causes you to wake up for a 'breather', so to speak.

*Intense dreams.... You may dream of wars, battles, being chased, or
ones with other 'entities' in them. This is just you releasing old
energies within.

*Physical disorientation.... You may feel ungrounded, like you're
walking between two worlds, or walking sideways. Sometimes as our
consciousness changes, our bodies may lag behind. It'll catch up,
don't worry.

*Increased "self-talk".... you may find yourself talking to your Self
more often. A new level of communication is taking place with your
being. You will begin to understand more coherently and become more
insightful.

*Feeling disimpassioned with no desire to do anything.... this is OK,
it's just part of the changing. You may need the time to just do
nothing, to rest. Sometimes, as we progress to different levels, we
need to re-energize ourselves.

*A longing to go 'Home'.... you may feel as if you don't belong here,
don't fit in. As your consciousness develops, you long to be somewhere
else. You may remember past-lives during this time. This just means
that you are ready to begin your life anew. You are ready to fulfill
your journey and the challenges that await you.
